This policy explains the current website practices of Vitality Management LLC ("Vitality," "we," "us," or "our"). It is an operational website policy and is not a substitute for review by qualified legal counsel.
This policy applies to information handled through this public website and the Property Review email flow. It does not govern information handled under a separate signed agreement, resident notice, subcontractor agreement, or other service-specific privacy notice.
The Property Review form asks for contact details, a property type and location, current status, and a short description of what you want reviewed. The website uses those entries to prepare a draft in your email application. The form does not represent that the website has delivered your message.
Your entries remain on your device unless you choose to send the prepared email. If you send it, Vitality receives the information through email and may use it to assess your request and communicate with you. Your device and email provider may process the draft under their own terms and privacy practices.
Do not include Social Security numbers, financial account details, property access codes, medical information, or sensitive resident information in an initial Property Review email.
Website hosting and security providers may process standard request data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs. This information may be used to deliver the site, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse.
We may use information to respond to an inquiry, evaluate whether a property request fits our services, prepare for a conversation, maintain business records, improve website reliability, protect our rights, and comply with applicable law. A separate agreement or notice may govern information handled during later services.
The website does not currently claim to use advertising cookies or behavioral-advertising tools, and Vitality does not sell personal information submitted through the Property Review flow. Basic infrastructure needed to serve and secure the website may still use technical storage or logs.
Information may be shared with providers that support email, hosting, security, professional advice, or business operations; when reasonably needed to respond to your request; when required by law or legal process; or in connection with a business transaction. Providers are expected to handle the information only for the relevant purpose and subject to their obligations.
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably useful for the request, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, security, or legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website, device, or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
You may choose not to send a prepared email, limit what you include, or ask us to correct or delete inquiry information where applicable and reasonably verifiable. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
This business website is not directed to children under 13. Links, email applications, and services operated by others are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this policy.
